Wright and Hamm crowned Keystone king and queen

Keystone Heights High School students produced the annual Pow Wow pep rally on Thursday, October 8.

Homecoming events throughout the week and during the pep rally included the hallway decoration contest, won by the seniors; a skit competition between individual groups and classes, won by the sophomores; a “roast” of the senior boys who play football by the Senior Girls Club, and fun games such as a tug-of-war competition and relay races, won by the sophomores.

Seniors Layton Wright and Lexy Hamm were chosen by their classmates as Homecoming King and Queen. Other court members were Ethan Teague, Aubre Miller, Ty Mitzel, Emily Herndon, Zeke Pelham, and Erabelle Conant.

Underclass royalty members were Juniors- Tyler Sapp and Reagan Sames;

Sophomores- Seth Fernandez and Hope Yarbrough;

Freshmen- Trase Wooden and Bella Cumbo;

Eighth grade- Logan Wilson and Emery Compton;

Seventh grade- Jeremiah Branch and Lyla Todd.

Club Ambassadors were,

Drama- Benjamin Mann and Melissa Williams;

Speech and debate- Seth Preseau and Mikayla Turner;

Band- Brandon Nagle and Addison Carlson;

Color guard – David Robinson and Dakota Campmire;

HOSA-Layton Wright and McKenzie Guy;

JROTC – Otto Sweat and Baily Roberts.
