Keystone Debuts Parade of Trees

Keystone Heights Mayor Nina Rodenroth said over 25 Lake Region businesses and organizations sponsored and decorated a Christmas tree in the city’s Natural Park for the municipality’s first annual Parade of Trees.

The city served cocoa and apple cider, and Santa Claus talked to children who came to the event.

Participants filled out ballots to vote for their favorite entries.  The city’s Drew Bell said voting will continue at city hall throughout the month, with the winner announced at the end of December.
