All building permits for properties located within the city limits of Keystone Heights must first be reviewed and approved by the City's Public Works Director. Once approved, permits must be submitted to Clay County.
Owners and Contractors can get permit applications notarized at City Hall. Notary services are by appointment only, please call ahead for availability.
