Dan Lewandowski has served on the City’s Budget and Finance Committee, the Growth Management Committee, the Community Redevelopment Authority, and the Canvassing Board. He is
the assistant scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 290, the treasurer of the Keystone Heights Sports Association, and he served for 2 years as the secretary of the Keystone Recreation Association. He is a youth coach for soccer, baseball and football. He currently teaches math at Keystone Heights Junior High where he is also the head robotics coach. He is an adjunct professor for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University teaching engineering and robotics to Keystone Heights High School dual enrolled students.
He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with an engineering degree and served for 29 years in the US Air Force retiring as a Colonel. He holds four masters degrees.
He and his wife Dena have three sons who attend Keystone Heights schools: Jack, Luke and Mark.
